X-52 - Fall Hallows Market Vendor Spot 10/17/26

Welcome Vendors! Introducing a new addition to our spooky season: Fall Hallows Market!
This outdoor market will take place in a nearly identical manner as our Market in the Park event (formerly Farmer's Parket). The only change is the emphasis on Halloween and the fall season. We would like for vendors to decorate their set up and dress up in costume for the family friendly occasion (optional, not required.) Passing out candy is highly recommended as well.
YOU MUST FILL OUT AN ONLINE APPLICATION AND BE APPROVED BY OUR NATURALIST TEAM BEFORE REGISTERING.

FEE: $20/per vendor spot, approx. 10x10 spot. (if you would like more than one spot, just do registration again and put in notes "second spot [Business Name]")

Note:

VENDOR FEE IS $20/SPOT AND MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE EVENT DATE.
Vendors must provide all of their own equipment needed for the event (tables, canopies, chairs, etc.) No water or electric.

We ask vendors to stay for the ENTIRE DURATION of the event. If you pack up early, you may not be approved for future markets. Please message naturalists with any questions.

This fee is refundable if notice of cancellation is given no later than two weeks before the event.
