Programs

Wildflowers are blooming and tree buds are bursting to shootout new leaves. Homeschool students will learn to identify early spring wildflowers and some plants that try to outcompete these flowers. Students will dissect seeds to learn how plants sprout.

For younger siblings (ages 6-11) of students registered in the Homeschool Ecology Series, there will be a separate lesson on a similar topic offered concurrently for just $5 per child per session. These lessons have been created specifically for the younger students and are restricted to siblings of registered students in the Homeschool Ecology Series. Parents or guardians must attend with the younger siblings, as this is not a drop-off program.

Parents of the students may also register as participants for $10/session if they want to participate in the activities with the older students. (Depending on how many people register and due to space constrictions, it is possible that parents who do not register will not be able to stay with their older students.)
