FEE: $10/ATTENDEE (CHAPERONES ARE FREE).
APPROXIMATE PROGRAM DURATION: 3 HOURS.
Parents or scout leaders must supervise their children or scouts at all times during this program.
Boy Scouts are expected to have read the merit badge book and must bring their blue card from their Scoutmaster. Every attempt is made to complete all merit badge requirements during the workshop (if pre-requisites have been completed).
Merit badges are not given out at the workshop; however, all participants will receive a special Hendricks County Parks Nature Challenge badge!
Bring your BSA Mammal Study merit badge book, your completed workbook pages with the prerequisite, a snack, water bottle, and work gloves if you have them. The workbook can be downloaded from https://meritbadge.org/wiki/images/1/10/Mammal_Study.pdf
Merit badge requirements covered at workshop: #1, 2, 4d, and 5.
Prerequisites: merit badge requirement #3.
Be sure to dress for the weather, as a portion of this program is held outdoors.
